Digi Printing & Cutting Inc. ("Digi," "we," "us") is a trade-only wholesale sign and print manufacturer. This policy explains what information we collect from the businesses we work with, how we use it, and the choices you have. We serve businesses (sign shops, printers, designers and resellers), not the general public.
Information we collect
- Account & contact details you give us — name, business/company name, email address, mobile or business phone number, and business type — when you request a trade account, place an order, or contact us.
- Order information — the jobs, artwork, quantities and shipping details needed to produce and deliver your work.
- Basic technical data — such as IP address and browser, collected automatically when you use our website, to keep it secure and working.
How we use it
- To review and approve trade-account requests and to run your account.
- To quote, produce, ship and deliver your orders, and to send you updates about them (by email and, if you opt in, by text message).
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, shipping carriers, payment/accounting processors, and the messaging and email providers that deliver our notifications — and only as needed to provide our service, or where required by law.
Mobile / text-message data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors that directly support our service (for example, our SMS delivery provider) is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages you asked for.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Text Message (SMS) Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in (on our trade-account form, in person, or by phone), you agree to receive text messages from Digi Printing & Cutting related to your account and orders.
What you'll receive
Transactional and customer-care messages about your orders — order confirmations, in-production and ready-for-pickup notices, shipping updates, and occasional questions we need to complete your order. You can reply to these messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Digi does not charge for the messages.
Opt out & help

Carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.
